Shortly after your booking is confirmed your will receive an email with important information about your stay and all contact details.
- How do I collect the keys for my check in?
You don’t need to worry about that. Once your booking is confirmed our team will reach out to you and start making all the arrangements for your arrival. We will assist you during the whole process and there will always be someone from AB to check you in at your vacation home.

- Are there any activities I can do during my stay?
Of course. We have a specialized team that will walk you through the vast array of experiences you can enjoy while you stay at one of our properties. Tours and visits with expert local guides, exclusive car rentals, personalized ski/snowboard instructors, an international chef to cook your favorite meals at your vacation home are just some examples! - What is the best season to visit Bariloche?
Our city and the surroundings are amazing all the year round. You can enjoy the landscapes and the city attractions at all times. Most visits and tours are available throughout the year and local shops, restaurants, bars and breweries are always open. We have a high summer season between December and March when you can get the most out of your summer experiences like sailing the lakes and hiking in the mountains. If you are a snow sports and activities lover then you should make plans to travel from the beginning of July through mid September.
- Can I book my property directly on AB website?
Yes, you can. We encourage you to get in touch with us since we think a personal treatment is the best way to know all the details about your stay. But now on our new website you can complete your booking online.
- How do I pay for my booking?
We take all major credit cards and also wire transfers for international customers and local bank transfers for travelers from Argentina. Normally we take a 30% deposit to confirm your booking and the balance right before your arrival.
- Will someone be waiting for me when I arrive?
Yes, there will be always a member of our welcome team to deliver the keys of your property, check you in and show you how everything works at your vacation home.
- Do I have transportation from the airport to the property I rented?
In most cases transfer service is not included with your rental, however we can certainly arrange that for you as well as many other services such as pre-arrival groceries purchase, rental vehicles, a chef to cook your favorite meals. We will be in contact to plan your trip and make your vacations an unforgettable experience.
- Will I have concierge services during my stay?
We are always happy to help with anything you need during your stay. However, we do not offer 24/7 concierge service. You can call or email our team and we will do our best to answer any requests within our reach as soon as possible. During the high season and specially in bad weather conditions we may not be immediately available so we ask for your understanding.
- Is breakfast included in my rates?
That depends on the property you rent. In most cases breakfast is not included but in most of the properties we can provide it for an additional charge.
- Is cleaning included in my rates?
We always include cleaning at check out. In some properties we also include cleaning during your stay. That depends on the property you rent. In most cases we can also include additional cleaning for extra rate.
